The booking terms and conditions of the WEBSITE: https://www.hotelbeverlyparkblanes.com/en/, administered by SUNERIS, S.A., Tax ID: A-17109091, hereinafter referred to as HOTEL BEVERLY PARK, registered with the Commercial Registry of Girona, Volume: 13, Page: 24, Section: 8, Sheet: GI-211, registered office: MERCE RODOREDA, 7, Postcode: 17300, Blanes, Province of Girona, govern online reservations of stays at our hotel.

Due to the content and purpose of the WEBSITE, individuals seeking information must complete the contact form. Those wishing to book rooms at our hotel must register using the Customer-User form, which is completed through the REGISTRATION form. Their personal data will be stored in an automated file and protected in compliance with GDPR-EU-2016/679, LOPD-3/2018 on Digital Rights, LSSI-34/2002 on E-commerce (as updated on 09/05/2023), Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, and Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the recast text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and supplementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (as updated on 29/06/2023).

4. BOOKING CONDITIONS

To make a booking effective, acceptance of the booking and website terms of use is required, together with valid payment card details to guarantee the booking. If the card lacks sufficient funds, the booking will be void.

  • Full payment for the stay is due upon arrival at the hotel.

  • Payment for additional services is due at check-out.

  • Pets are not allowed.

The administrator of https://www.hotelbeverlyparkblanes.com/en/ will send an email confirming or declining the booking request. If confirmed, booking details will be provided.

4.1. CHECK-IN

Hotel access from 2:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to indicate their approximate arrival time.

4.2. CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

5. PAYMENT METHOD

Guests must pay in euros (€).

8.2. CANCELLATION

Cancellations are only valid if:

  • Notified at least 72 hours before arrival.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night, unless the room has a specific cancellation policy, in which case the latter prevails.

  • Early departure will result in a charge for the full remaining stay, unless the room has a specific policy.

The administrator processes cancellations in line with local laws and EU directives.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND ARBITRATION

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Blanes, unless otherwise required by law.

9.1. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In accordance with Law 7/2017 and Regulation (EU) 524/2013, users may access the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

HOTEL BEVERLY PARK informs users of their right to access, rectify, object, erase, restrict, and port their personal data. Such rights may be exercised by contacting the website administrator in writing or by email (beverly@hotelbeverlyparkblanes.com) with proof of identity.
